Description
Betadine is suitable for the rinsing and disinfection of small and shallow cuts or puncture wounds in all animals. It prevents and treats infections of small and large wounds and thus reduces the risk of scarring. Apply Betadine directly from the bottle or by using a cotton ball or sterile gauze on the wound and the surrounding skin. Treat the wound 1 to 2 times per day when it is still open. Betadine is available as an ointment, shampoo, solution or scrub.
