Trovet UPH Unique Protein (Horse) is specially developed for preparing an elimination diet for both dogs and cats. This product contains only pure horse meat and is not a complete food. It must be supplemented with a suitable carbohydrate source and a vitamin and mineral supplement, such as Trovet Balance, to ensure complete nutrition.

Trovet UPH Unique Protein is a complementary food and not a complete diet. For a full elimination diet, add a cooked carbohydrate (preferably white rice or potato) and a vitamin and mineral supplement such as Trovet Balance.

Feeding advice

Always consult your veterinarian before use. Ensure fresh, clean drinking water is available at all times.

Recommended duration of use: Initially 6 weeks in combination with a suitable carbohydrate. If symptoms improve, Trovet UPH Unique Protein (Horse) may be used long-term together with Trovet Balance.

For growing animals (puppies and kittens), adding Trovet Balance is required from the start. Alternatively, you can switch to a complete hypoallergenic Trovet diet based on horse protein.
