Trovet UPR Unique Protein (Rabbit) is specially developed for preparing an elimination diet for both dogs and cats. This product contains pure rabbit meat and is not a complete food. For a balanced meal it must be supplemented with a suitable carbohydrate source and a vitamin and mineral supplement, such as Trovet Balance.

Trovet UPR Unique Protein is a complementary food and not a complete meal. To create a full elimination diet, add a cooked carbohydrate source – preferably white rice or potato – as well as a supplement such as Trovet Balance.

Feeding advice

Always consult your veterinarian before use. Ensure that clean and fresh drinking water is available.

Recommended duration of use: Initially 6 weeks in combination with a suitable carbohydrate source. If symptoms improve, Trovet UPR Unique Protein (Rabbit) combined with Trovet Balance can be fed for an unlimited period.

For growing animals (such as puppies and kittens), the addition of Trovet Balance is necessary from the beginning. If desired, one may also switch to a fully hypoallergenic Trovet diet based on rabbit.
